Anna Weber is a Realistic Oil Painter and resides in Middletown, New York. She
has a B.F.A. in Illustration from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Born in 1984, she was
raised in Wallkill, NY where she would draw as soon as she could hold a crayon. Her
art is inspired by the struggles of daily life that people of all cultures, and ages
have to endure. She likes to tell her stories in a very allegorical way.
Everything from her palette to her characters have meaning within each individual
piece. She uses subtle icons that have hidden messages, so they don't just look
like pretty pictures. This technique is also often used in her work to portray
political injustices in society.
Cheers,
Anna
